One example of a refreshing and best tasting herbal tea is Apple Mint.  It contains vitamins A, C, calcium, potassium, fiber and antioxidants among other things. It is convenient, and you can serve it quickly, to prevent the loss of vitamins. If you like it coldish, keep the ingredients in the fridge until ready to drink, you can also add some ice cubes when serving. If you prefer, you can substitute sugar with honey.

It is made with cucumber, apple, and apple mint. Cucumbers are a diuretic, which helps to reduce water retention. They contain an enzyme called pepsin that helps digest protein and supports healthy kidneys. A large part of their nutrition is in your skin, which contains silicon and chlorophyll (which help with hair, nails and skin). In addition, cucumbers are ridiculously low in calories, very alkaline, energetic, and very moisturizing.
