Blues tea is a great tasting tea with many benefits. This tea contains all sorts of ingredients that give it its great taste, and also its great effects on the human body, but is one of the best herbal teas. It contains many herbs, and has a very minty, and outdoor taste, some say they can even taste the woody flavor the tea carries. This tea was formulated to help with the “blues” or also known as feeling down. The special ingredients inside the tea help with picking up the body, physically and emotionally. One main ingredient the tea carries is St. John’s Wort a very strong natural herb that has been proven to help with depression. Though natural herbal remedies for depression are enticing, please remember to consult your physician before stopping any prescribed medications or adding herbal solutions as there may be a harmful interaction or side effect.

Stress

This tea is great for people who have built up stress or work too much. Also, this is a highly recommended tea for those who just started feeling in the dumps. When winter comes we feel sad because there is less sunlight which has a toll on our bodies. Blues tea can really help pick up your spirits, and make you feel like a winner. Because of its strong potency it is not recommended for people who are taking depression medication, or women who are pregnant, not even children, the herbs included in the tea have strong effects, and can be bad for children.

  • Reduces stress
  • Contains St. John’s Wort
  • Though natural, is very potent so not recommended for children.

What is in Blues Tea?

The tea can also be mixed with a variety of things to enhance flavor, or to enhance its benefits. The herbs included in the drink consist of: Peppermint, rosemary, Borage, Sage, Gotu Kola, Ginkgo Biloba, and St. John’s Wort. The tea has been used for many years with great results, it has also been used in Native American herbal remedies for depression to treat depression. There are many teas out there that can help with the blues, but Blues tea has the right ingredients and the proven record that it will help pick up those spirits and help you feel like a winner again.
