Since ancient times, Lemon and Ginger tea has been highly prized in the East because of its property to increase immunity. So, it is a good idea to keep some in your fridge during cold and flu season.  Besides being a good remedy for colds, lemon and ginger tea has a particularly spicy flavor which can be used to enrich many dishes. Sometimes a mere hint of this combination is enough to give a meal that touch of flavor that is missing and it comes from one of the best herbal teas for health. Lemon and ginger tea is not a tea in the true sense because teas are typically composed of leaves, but more of an infusion.

Honey is a superfood and is used for its great antiseptic properties, can be used as a medicine to treat sore throats. Ginger helps the body eliminate toxins, clears the air passage ways and is a good expectorant. It also helps regulate body temperature, helping to keep the immune system ready. You see, these three curators are highly complementary foods and are a great cough syrup or candy for sore throat and preventing colds! The best herbal teas can really help in a lot of ways!
